Authentic is there, everywhere conserved, intégrated..! Totally restaured during the last 10 years, from only 4 walls, one old tiles floor, and a roof structure . Owners remade all by themselves with an artist passion. The original building date seems to be around the 15 century, authentified graphitis on an outside  housewall were from this century . Roof strusture and its oak's beams is from the 16e and you will admire them from your bed... a piece of art.

The local tuffeau Stone is everywhere, multi-centenary oakbeams, des wood panels, old 17e stairs and doors, 18e century tiles is the frame for your holidays :  calm, Chateaux and museums by hundreds if you like them. Sérénity, fine food, wineyards and gastronomy are posible too here : the Fabulous Loches market (2twice/week) is just 1OOm from the house in the pedestrian zone of our pretty medieval heart: local organic food, from local farms. A very good baker ... at 20m only down our pedestrian lane to the river down our walls. And , supermarkets, banks, bookshop, fashion,  etc.. and our very modern hospital with a complete emergency service 24/24 .Anything is here...less than 1/2 mile... and 2 bicycles are in the gite if ..!
