This beautiful region Touraine , named before  "the Garden of France", is one of the richest in activities, museums, and of course.. Chateaux to visit. From Chambord to the East, to Saumur to the West, less than 1h 30 from the Gîte, with dozens of smaller, but also fabulous to discover between those 2 very famous : Villandry, Langeais, Azay le rideau, Amboise, Chinon, Ussé, Cheverny, Chaumont-sur-loire, mais aussi , chenonceaux, beauregard, Montpoupon, Montresor Le grand pressigny, et Azay le feron, are all there too close to the Gîte.

The Wine Road is also a discovery idea for all our "terroirs" and appellations very famous for their Art : Valencay, Montlouis, Chinon, Bourgeuil,, Vouvray, Saint nicolas de Bourgueil, Saumur, and smaller Gamay de Touraine all delicious...!

Notice that our location is ideal too for : less than 1 H to Futuroscope, 30mn to Zoo de Beauval... A lot of pleasure for children and ... parents.
Impossible to get bored here .
